Pay: $25–$32/hr DOE | Schedule: Monday–Friday| Bonuses: Up to $10,000 Sign-On & Retention

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead residential remodeling projects: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and more
  • Oversee, mentor, and support carpenters on site
  • Manage job sites, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to keep jobs on track

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of foreman/leadership experience in residential remodeling
  • Skilled in rough and finish carpentry
  • Ability to read and execute floorplans/blueprints
  • Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professional attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
